All clients are asked to confirm their bookings with a debit card at the time of making an appointment or via a form sent through email. By confirming you are agreeing to our policy. We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel or reschedule an appointment . We kindly ask that that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice otherwise 50% of the service fee will be charged, less that 24 hours notice or no show will be charged at 100% of the service.

Please note cancellations should only be made via the salon phone 01218201849 and not social media platforms

Service Guarantee:

Our clients' satisfaction is the highest priority for us. If you are not completely contented with the

treatment , please let us know during your visit or within 24 hours. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was any fault on our side, to provide you with a redo, please note no refunds will be made for any treatments that have been carried out.

Health & Safely:

Knowing the health history of our clients is an important factor in delivering a safe and comfortable 

experience, as well as a satisfying result. Sometimes even the smallest changes in the body chemistry can affect the results of the treatment. Hence, we politely ask our clients to always inform our specialists of their allergies, physical issues, taken medications and/or pregnancies.

We don't take responsibility for the treatment if the client has deliberately withheld information of health problems.

The Right To Refuse Service

Please, mind that under given circumstances, our team members may members may refuse service.

we can do so if the person in question:

* Is under the age of 16 (for selected services).

* Has health issues that may affect or be affected by the service.

* Has purposely hidden information of crucial meaning to the service.

* Did not show up for their last appointment/s

* Behaves improperly and/or is intoxicated

Children In The Salon:

Due to safety reasons, Children are only permitted in the salon if they have a booked treatment and are not to accompany and wait for anyone who is booked in.
